The process of designing green buildings and neighborhoods, including complex construction or tall structures requires assessing the impact of adverse winds. Some urban situations like High- low fabric construction ,building near the sea with exposure to heavy winds or building a dense textures, results increasing winds near buildings which can be measured with computerized tools. These tools allow us to simulate complex physical simulation in order to predict the movement of the winds in the external environment .
